South West Hertfordshire Conservatives are the main political party in south western Hertfordshire, and run the Conservatives' campaigning, organising, and fund-raising in the South West Herts parliamentary constituency.
South West Hertfordshire Conservatives are among the most active campaigning local Associations in the party anywhere in the country, and we're always looking for supporters seeking to advance the aims, policies, and values of the Conservative Party.
We campaign for positive change with candidates at all levels, including parish council, district council, county council, and parliamentary elections. We do this on behalf of the Conservative Party and are not funded at all by parliamentary expenses or other public funds.
Members of the Conservatives that live in South West Herts are members of South West Hertfordshire Conservative Association by default. As members, you can seek nomination to stand as a Conservative candidate, help select our parliamentary and local council candidates, vote in party leadership elections, and become involved in our social calendar and policy forum discussions.
An Executive Council of the members runs the Association, and the day-to-day administration is carried out by Association Officers, including the Chairman, two Deputies, and the Treasurer.
The Officers of the Association are elected by its members at the Annual General Meeting. They are:
Chair: Ralph Sangster
Deputy Chairman (Political): Philip Hearn
Deputy Chairman (Membership and Fundraising): Kavan Trivedi
Treasurer: Mike Bruce
Campaigns Officer: Bethany Moxon
Membership Officer: Fiona Camden
