The Conservative fightback has begun in dramatic style in South West Hertfordshire – but we need your help so it continues this May.
In 2024, we followed holding our parliamentary seat by stripping the Liberal Democrats of their majority on Three Rivers District Council. We won Abbots Langley & Bedmond for the first time in 32 years on a record-breaking swing.
In 2025, we gained another seat in Abbots Langley, held our four county councillors locally, and almost gained two of the remaining three.
In 2026, we have Conservative control of Three Rivers District Council in our sights for the first time in 32 years.
We only won those elections because we have been crystal clear about the Conservative values we stand for.
We’ve drawn up detailed plans to cut taxes, crush crime, protect our Green Belt, preserve our area’s character, restore the Aquadrome, and more. It’s also because we adopted the best campaigning practices from across the UK.
If we want to repeat that and take control of Three Rivers, we need your help.
Our generational win in Abbots Langley & Bedmond cost £1,000. It will cost the same in each ward we’re trying to gain: from Chorleywood to South Oxhey.
That’s why we’ve launched a Fighting Fund to take control of Three Rivers.
So we are asking you if you can help us to fund some of our key projects.
- A £25 donation funds calling cards for a ward team to door knock for a month
- A £100 donation funds a half-day bootcamp to teach 15 activists best practice
- A £250 donation funds printing an A3 leaflet for every household in a ward
- And £1,000 sponsors the whole campaign for a ward
Every penny you contribute to the Fighting Fund will go to campaigning locally.
