I have been privileged to be a local resident since the age of 14 when my family and I emigrated from Kenya. One of my earliest memories of this lovely neighbourhood was playing tennis on the courts at the Eastbury Recreation Ground. As an outnumbered dad of three daughters, we continue as a family to enjoy the beautiful public spaces.
I have been an active community worker and have volunteered through charities including supporting people living with dementia and the homeless. I also organise multi-generational sporting festivals to encourage local people to get fitter and healthier whilst promoting sports as a force for social good!
With my background in finance and business, real estate, social care and sports activism, I am confident that I will be able to add value to Three Rivers District Council.
