Chairman - South West Hertfordshire Conservative Association
Ralph's interest in representing his fellow residents of South West Herts goes back many decades in which he has served as a Community Councillor, District Councillor and County Councillor and as a former Association Chairman and Treasurer. He has re-joined the Officer Team of the Association at a vital time.
