David represented Rickmansworth on Three Rivers District Council 2002-2021 including three years as Conservative Group Leader. He worked in the Conservative Parliamentary legislative support team, following Bills through the Commons and the Lords, in opposition from 1999-2001. David is married with two children, both of whom went to local schools. He ran an independent logistics business from offices in Rickmansworth for many years.
